The boundary.

OTTE staffs atmosphere and image for adults 21+. A booking is the lock: written confirmation after talent accepts. Clients may not re-brief a job into companion or sexual services. Talent may decline or leave.

Package prices are talent fees. Venue minimums are separate. Placeholder roster tiles are not people and not contracts. OTTE does not claim a California talent-agency license while the pathway is under review.
