Story
Two is the night.
OTTE books vetted 21+ atmosphere and image talent for three buyers: promoters, venues, and private clients. One roster. Transparent packages. Fair talent pay, written in the lock.
This is not a licensed talent agency. The California Talent Agencies Act pathway is under review. Until that is true, we do not claim the license.
This site is not a family-portrait desk and not a faith property. Creative stills and film for a booked job can go to the sister desk at lillith.vip. Concierge stays at otte.agency.
OTTE Models books vetted 21+ hospitality talent for public events, with written terms. It is one desk in Anthony Perlas's fleet, and every desk pays its own way. His long-term mission, stated as his belief: the brightening Sun gives Earth roughly a billion habitable years, so he builds toward a spacefaring future that can carry life further.
